Refund & Cancellation Policy

At The Walk Within, every offering is created with deep care, time, and energetic intention. We honour your commitment to personal growth - and we ask that you honour the time, energy, and preparation that go into every session, event, and digital experience.
This policy outlines how refunds and cancellations are handled across our services.
1. General Policy
All purchases made through The Walk Within (including online courses, events, sessions, retreats, or digital products) are subject to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
By booking or purchasing, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
2. Private Sessions (Breathwork, Sound Healing, or 1:1 Work)
Rescheduling: You may reschedule your appointment up to 48 hours in advance without penalty.
Late cancellations: Cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment are non-refundable.
No-shows: Missed appointments without notice are non-refundable and may not be rescheduled.
Emergencies: Life happens — in genuine emergencies, please email hello@thewalkwithin.com and we’ll do our best to accommodate with compassion.
3. Group Events, Workshops, and Ceremonies
Spaces are limited and reserved in advance, so tickets and bookings are non-refundable.
If you can’t attend, you’re welcome to gift or transfer your spot to another participant (just let us know their name and contact details).
If we need to cancel or postpone an event, you’ll be offered a credit or full refund - your choice.
4. Retreats
Because retreats require significant preparation, travel, and venue commitments:
Deposits are non-refundable.
Final balances are non-refundable within 30 days of the retreat start date.
You may transfer your booking to another participant (pending approval).
If we cancel due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. illness, natural events, travel restrictions), you’ll receive a full refund or credit towards a future retreat.
5. Digital Products and Online Courses
Due to the nature of digital delivery, all digital products, recordings, and courses are final sale.
Once access has been granted or materials delivered, refunds cannot be issued.
If you experience a technical issue accessing your purchase, please contact hello@thewalkwithin.com and we’ll help resolve it promptly.
6. Energetic Integrity
Each offering is an energetic exchange. We trust that every participant books from a place of readiness and respect.
Refunds are not issued for changes of mind, lack of participation, or personal circumstances beyond our control.
7. Exceptional Circumstances
We understand that life is unpredictable.
In rare cases (medical emergencies, bereavement, or major life disruptions), refunds or credits may be considered at our discretion. Proof may be requested, and a fair outcome will be agreed upon together.
