SOLD OUT for June 17. Please join us for our next Sound Bath on June 27th.
Join us for an intimate evening of floating, sound, stillness, and deep nervous system release.
Imagine being held by water while sound does the work for you. No effort, no pretending, nothing to prove. Just your body fully supported on the surface of the pool while crystal bowls, drum, and chimes move through the places that have been holding on too tightly.
This is not your average sound bath.
During this floating sound bath, you’ll rest on the water’s surface, fully supported by a float, while live sound washes over and through you. You are welcome to remain fully clothed if you choose. The float will keep you above the water, allowing your body to soften without needing to do anything.
Together, the water and sound create a deeply restorative experience that supports the nervous system, quiets the mind, and gives the body permission to release. This intentional evening offers a safe, intimate space for women to slow down, be held, and let go of what they no longer need to carry.
The Evening’s Journey:
Opening Circle to ground, arrive, and create an intentional container for the evening
Floating Sound Bath where crystal bowls, drum, chimes, and live sound move through the body as you rest on the water
Stillness & Integration to allow your body and nervous system time to receive, soften, and settle
Tea & Closing Circle to gently return, connect, and honor what moved through
